Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Project Implementation Manager to support new business implementations, operational expansions, and continuous improvement projects across its logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of new customer operations, warehouse start-ups, business expansions, and internal improvement projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and project deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project risks, change control processes, and stakeholder communications.
• Build strong relationships with customers, operational teams, and external partners.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and management updates.
• Drive adherence to project governance and implementation methodologies.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project implementation or project management within warehouse operations, contract logistics, or 3PL environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and operational start-up activities.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering projects in fast-paced environments.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be highly advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
