Job Title: Business Development/ Sales Executive (Scaffolding / Industrial Supply) Location: Based in Seberang Perai (Covering Mainland & Island, East Coast, Perak) Reporting to: Director (Mobilizing from HQ)

About the Role: We are an established Scaffolding & Construction Support company from Johor Bahru. We are opening our new Northern Hub in Penang to support our existing clients. We are looking for a hungry, street-smart individual to lead our ground expansion in the Northern Region.

What You Will Do (The Mission):

• Hunt & Secure: Actively scout for new construction projects esp in Batu Kawan Industrial Park (BKIP), Kulim Hi-Tech Park, and Prai.

• Site Networking: Visit construction sites to build rapport with Site Safety Supervisors (SSS), Project Managers, and Purchasers.

• Client Management: Service our existing Key Accounts who have projects in Penang (ensure delivery, check stock quality, handle complaints).

• Market Intelligence: Be the "eyes and ears" on the ground—report which competitors are active and what rates are winning jobs.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Construction, Building Materials, or Industrial Sales. (Experience selling to Main Cons is a huge advantage).

• Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is mandatory. Ability to speak Penang Hokkien is a strong advantage (for building rapport with site sub-cons).

• Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel daily within Seberang Perai and the Island.

• Personality: You are not desk-bound. You are comfortable wearing safety boots and walking into a construction site to find the person in charge.
