Full Time Senior QC Inspector - QC Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Transpak Worldwide Johor - Maukerja

The Senior QC Inspector / QC Technician is responsible for ensuring products,

processes and services meet quality standards. This includes inspecting materials and

products according to standard procedures, Work Instructions and Customer

requirements, product inspection training, and assisting in audits.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Conduct daily quality checking of calibration tools use by QC team to ensure
• quality standards
•  Assist the supervisor to ensure the accuracy of the done reports by QC team
• during shift change
•  Perform routine inspections such as incoming, in-process and outgoing based
• on customer’s specifications and drawings
•  Perform inspection using digital forms (Kizeo) via IPAD
•  Perform specific inspections using ERP
•  Perform such as incoming raw materials, in process crate inspections, outbound
• inspections and others as required by customer
•  Perform Y7 under SAP for NC crates
•  Ability to coordinate and liaise with internal members such as OPS packers,
• admin and or logistic coordinators and or assist supervisor to coordinate and
• liaise with external parties if required
•  Ability to guide new joiner QC on routine inspections based on W.I
•  Able to conduct daily toolbox meeting if required
•  Able to tabulate and send out shift KPI at start/end of shift
•  Assist supervisor to ensure customer audit are being carried out
•  Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor / Executive or Manager

Requirement

Education & Experience:

1) Min. Secondary in any technical field. Diploma will have added advantage.

2) Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehousing environment / or

minimum 1 year of QC experience in any industry

Skills & Competencies:

1) Proven experience in quality control in any industry

2) Ability to interpret engineering drawings (*)

3) Possess documentation and procedural development skills (*)

4) Able to adapt into a fast paced yet meticulous role

5) Able to work well with internal & external members to resolve the quality issues

6) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
