Full Time Beverage Service Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Hulu Perak - Maukerja

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Work Location: Hulu Halfmoon Cafe, Taiping

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, handcrafted beverages, and other hot and cold drinks according to company recipes.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, portion, taste, and presentation.
• Take customer orders, answer menu enquiries, and provide friendly service.
• Operate the POS system and handle customer payments accurately.
• Prepare and replenish beverage ingredients and supplies when required.
• Keep the beverage station, equipment, utensils, and service areas clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and beverage preparation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, preparation, and restocking.
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth and timely service.
• Carry out other reasonable duties related to daily outlet operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable serving customers.
• Willing to learn beverage preparation and follow established recipes and procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and attentive to cleanliness and service quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous barista, F&B, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior barista experience.
• Own transportation is an advantage for reliable travel to the workplace.
• Valid Typhoid Vaccination Certificate is an advantage.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
