WE ARE HIRING: RECEPTIONIST CUM COORDINATOR
Are you a people person with a passion for customer care, communication, and marketing? Sehat Hair is looking for an organized, enthusiastic individual to be the welcoming face and operational spark of our organic salon in TTDI!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Client Care & Service: Warmly welcome clients, explain treatment services, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
Salon Coordination: Manage appointment bookings, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily front-of-house operations.
Marketing Support: Assist in executing fun, creative salon marketing activities and social media promotions to help grow our brand.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
️ Languages: Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of any additional spoken languages is an added advantage!).
Experience: Background in customer service or a customer-care-related field (1+ years preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and marketing skills with an eye for detail.
Proactive, well-groomed, and great at multi-tasking.
WHAT WE OFFER:

Flexible Work Schedule Options:
Option 1: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (5-Day Work Week | 2 Days Off)
Option 2: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6-Day Work Week | 1 Day Off)
