Full Time Plantation Field Supervisor Jobs, in SINDIYAN PLANTATION Kelantan - Maukerja

1. Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing daily planting work in the estate. You will supervise mandurs and general workers, make sure work is done properly, solve problems, and help train workers to follow company standards.

2. Job Responsibilities
- Supervise mandurs and general workers during daily field work.
- Plan and assign tasks to make sure planting work runs smoothly.
- Check the quality of planting and harvesting work.
- Make sure all workers follow safety rules and company procedures.
- Guide and correct workers if tasks are not done correctly.
- Report any issues or problems to your manager.
- Help with other tasks when needed.

3. Job Requirements
- At least SPM with 1.5 years’ experience in plantation/agriculture; OR
- Diploma in agriculture or related field is an advantage
- Can work independently and lead a team
- Good at solving problems and giving clear instructions
- Willing to stay in a remote plantation location
- Having Driving License D and B2
