Job Description
Assist the project manager in planning slope maintenance work for the selected roads and districts.
Understand the scope of work involved in slope routine maintenance.
Assist in identifying suitable subcontractors for maintenance work.
Provide assistance and guidance to the contractor in executing maintenance work.
Attend meetings with JKR officers (District & HQ) to explain the scope of work for routine slope maintenance.
Communicate with JKR officers to notify them of the work commencement and provide progress updates.
Monitor and supervise sub-consultants and subcontractors in the execution of routine slope maintenance work.
Prepare monthly maintenance reports and claims for submission to District JKR and CKC JKR.
Perform other tasks that will be given related to daily tasks by superior.
Job Requirement
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalence
Knowledge in slope engineering and maintenance
Able to travel and relocate
Display a high level of determination when carrying out tasks.
Job Description
- Candidates must possess Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
- Min 9 years related site working experience in Mega infrastructure works.
- Good in Ms Project & AutoCAD. Familiar with Primavera 6 is an advantage
- Must able to work full time at project site, Kelantan
• Involved in project planning, budgeting, cost phasing and control frm the project initiation
to close out phases, utilizing computer based system (Primavera Project Management P6)
within the framework of an integrated project services function for effective management
of a wide range of concurrent projects, to meet the business plan objective.
• Experience in utilizing the latest version of Primavera Project Management (P6) software for
monitoring and reviewing the baseline and updated project schedules and cost
• Financial/Physical S curve and manpower histogram development
• Prepare PQP, progress reports, method statements and material for approvals.
• Perform inspection activities to ensure the quality of the products/work at site meet customer/project requirements.
• Compile, rectify QA/QC finding and close NCR.
• Able to set up and implement QA/QC management system on infrastructure and/or building works
• Knowledge in QA/QC on infrastructure, water works and building works
Developing detailed designs.
Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
Preparing and implementing project plans.
Researching and providing estimates for projects.
Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems.
Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING JKR JOB
1. Risk Assessment: Identify workplace hazards and assess risks.
2. Safety Protocols: Develop and implement safety procedures.
3. Training: Conduct training on safety measures for employees.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
5. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents.
6. Safety Promotion: Promote a culture of safety within the organization.
7. Documentation: Maintain records of safety inspections and incidents.
8. Recommendations: Provide recommendations for improvements.
9. Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans.
Position: Live Stream Host
Job Descriptions:
• Assist Live Host in Live hosting in front of camera to introduce company products.
• Able to interact with viewers through live hosting.
• Have a strong sense of work ethics, timeliness and sense of urgency to ensure work is completed within given timeline & is up to the standards.
• Monitor and respond to the feedback, comments, and inquiries by the audience to build community engagement and relationships.
• Assist editor team in products video shooting and editing content.
• Participate in team discussions and external meetings when required.
