Full Time Operator Production Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in RAKAN KERJA Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are hiring Production Operators to support daily manufacturing and production activities at a manufacturing facility in Perai, Penang.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform production, assembly and packing activities as assigned.
• Check products during the production process to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Follow production procedures, work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic handling and arrangement of materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workstation.
• Follow 5S, safety and quality requirements at all times.
• Meet daily production targets and follow assigned work schedules.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh candidates are welcome.
• No prior manufacturing experience is required; training will be provided.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Able to follow SOP, work instructions and safety procedures.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work well in a team.
• Positive attitude and good work discipline.

Working Hours

• Normal Shift: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
• Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.

Salary

• Basic salary: RM1,700 – RM2,100 per month.
• Monthly allowance: RM300.
• Overtime is available according to operational requirements.
• Total monthly earnings may vary depending on overtime and applicable allowances.
