Full Time Food - Beverage Coordinator Jobs, in Iconic Hotel Penang Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Support the F&B department in coordinating daily operations, administration, communication, and documentation to ensure smooth service across outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily F&B operations and communicate with outlet teams.
Prepare and maintain F&B reports, records, schedules and documents.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, leave and manpower coordination.
Coordinate meetings, briefings, training and F&B activities.
Monitor and follow up on guest feedback, complaints and service issues.
Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance and HR when required.
Assist with inventory, requisition, purchase orders and stock-related documentation.
Ensure outlet SOPs, hygiene and service standards are followed.
Assist F&B Manager/Supervisor with events, functions and promotions.
Handle administrative correspondence, emails and internal communications.
Support onboarding/training of new F&B employees.
Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Manager/Management.
