Pulai Springs Healthcare Centre (PSHC) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (State Registered Nurse) to join our healthcare team.

Position: Staff Nurse

Location: Pulai Springs, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients according to established standards and procedures.
• Assist doctors and specialists during consultations and procedures.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform nursing procedures and ensure proper patient documentation.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and reports.
• Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their family members.
• Comply with all nursing, clinical, safety and infection-control policies.

Requirements

• State Registered Nurse (SRN) with valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Diploma / Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board (MNB).
• Preferably with 1–2 years of working experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Fresh graduates with a valid APC are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, responsible, professional and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
