Guest Experience - Operations Intern (Johor) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,500 in Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the photography team in capturing high-quality photos of guests and memorable experiences.
• Support photographers in guiding guests with poses and creating attractive photo compositions.
• Assist with photography equipment setup and handling, including cameras, lighting, and other accessories.
• Support basic photo editing and post-processing to enhance image quality.
• Assist in promoting and explaining photo packages, offers, and services to guests.
• Gain hands-on exposure to different operational roles, including roving photographer, photo editor, cashier (Viewing Order Station), and sales assistant.
• Assist with photography content for site promotions and marketing activities when required.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests.
• Follow site rules, safety procedures, and company guidelines, including respect for guest privacy and cultural sensitivities.
• Support daily site operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Photography, Multimedia, Creative Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and customer-service oriented.
• Creative and interested in photography, visual content, and guest experiences.
• Comfortable working in different environments, including indoor, outdoor, and water-based locations.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts where required.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
• Location: Genting Highland, Legoland, Sunway Lagoon

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
