Full Time Shift Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in IX TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Johor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions

• Monitor and operate all critical systems including:
• Power systems (UPS, generators, switchgear)
• Cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers)
• Fire protection and detection systems
• Building Management System (BMS) / Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM)
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on all facilities equipment
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and system faults; perform initial troubleshooting and escalation when required
• Execute and support planned maintenance activities, including vendor coordination
• Ensure all operations comply with SLA, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation for all activities and incidents
• Support capacity planning and system optimization initiatives
• Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery procedures

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data center or critical facility operations
• Knowledge of:
• Electrical distribution systems (LV/MV)
• HVAC systems
• UPS and backup generators
• Familiarity with BMS/DCIM systems
• Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
