JOB SUMMARY
To support the companies’ accounting and administrative functions, including accounting data entry, documentation, student licence progress monitoring, follow-up and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts & Documentation
- Perform data entry for the companies’ accounting transactions.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and supported by proper documentation.
- Maintain proper physical and electronic filing of accounting and related documents.
- Assist in accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare accounts reports and summaries as required.
- Provide documents and information as required by management, auditors or relevant parties.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information.
Administration & Student Progress Monitoring
- Monitor students’ progress from registration until completion of P Licence.
- Follow up with students who have not completed their licence process.
- Update students’ current status, including whether they intend to continue or discontinue, and identify the reasons for management review and improvement.
- Highlight outstanding issues or problems identified during the monitoring process to management for further action.
- Prepare student progress statistics and reports for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Candidates with relevant working experience may also be considered.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years’ relevant working experience in accounts or administration.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.
- Knowledge of or experience with accounting software, such as SQL Accounting, will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Able to use AI tools and technology to improve work efficiency.
- Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
