Job Descriptions

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our motorcycle inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Responsible in maintaining the showroom's appearance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors' offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional activities and events.

Job Requirements

• Additional certifications or proven experience in the motorcycle industry, start-up management, or venture capital would be advantageous.
• A deep understanding of the motorcycle industry and market trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with all levels of the organization

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
