Full Time Boilerman Gred 1 (Manufacturing) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Persol Johor - Maukerja

Education / Skills / Experience

• Possess a valid Boiler Certificate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an Engineering or Boiler House environment.
• Good knowledge of boiler operation, preventive maintenance, chemical treatment, and boiler safety procedures.
• Familiar with monitoring boiler parameters, equipment readings, and operational records.
• Able to work safely and comply with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities & Authority

• Operate and monitor boilers efficiently to ensure optimum performance and stable steam production.
• Maintain daily records and inventory of chemicals used for boiler water treatment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of boilers and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repair works.
• Assist maintenance personnel in carrying out inspection, servicing, and repair activities within the boiler house.
• Perform daily monitoring and recording of water meter, steam flow meter, fuel oil meter, and other relevant operational readings.
• Set and monitor boiler operating parameters to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness, and discipline within the boiler house and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety requirements, company procedures, and the applicable Quality Manual.
• Ensure proper safety precautions and operational procedures are followed at all times when operating or maintaining boiler equipment.
• Immediately report any abnormalities, equipment breakdowns, or safety concerns to the relevant supervisor.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Boilerman: 5 years (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Boilerman Gred 1 (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
