Full Time Supervisor, End-User Support (ICT) Jobs, in Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering Johor - Maukerja

JOB PURPOSE

The IT Supervisor is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software components to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems. Also, include installing and configuring computer hardware, as well as serving as the primary point of contact for IT support within the company. Furthermore, this position will be responsible for supporting the Attendance System, which includes hardware and software installation and administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and configure hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
• Provide technical support across the company, either in person or over the phone.
• Set up user accounts for new employees.
• Test new technologies as needed.
• Troubleshoot MMHE computers and devices when required.
• Repair or replace equipment as necessary.
• Support internal ICT projects and programs.
• Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
• Assist with MMHE events by providing technical support and equipment when needed.
• Monitor and maintain MMHE desktops and laptops, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Help track and manage ICT assets, updating asset movements.
• Ensure all service tickets are resolved within the SLA timeline.
• Address and resolve user issues within the set timeframe.
• Ensure users have a positive experience with ICT support.
• Comply with HSE requirements in all related work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Certificate in IT related course or equivalent
• 1 – 3 years working experience (minimum 1 years in Information Technology)
