Full Time Process Engineer (CAD-CAM) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in UWC BERHAD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

DEPARTMENT: MACHINING PROCESS ENGINEERING
POSITION: CAD/CAM ENGINEER (PROGRAMMER) CUM PROCESS ENGINEER

Qualification :
- Diploma/Degree in mechanical/mechatronic Engineering or 5 years relevant experience.
- Computer literate including Computer Aided Design software (SOLIDWORKS or others)
- Computer literate including Computer Aided Manufacturing software (HYPERMILL, others)

Responsibilities as follows but not limited to :
1. Report to immediate superior & Department Head.
2. To define, setup, document and maintain manufacturing processes.
3. To closely monitor process yields and product quality performance and take prompt action to contain and resolve problems that are affecting yields, manufacturing cost and product quality at earliest stage possible.
4. To apply various methodology including Statistical Process Control techniques to ensure that all processes are sufficiently monitored and in control.
5. To adopt systematic problem solving method to analyses, identify and resolve root cause of problem.
6. To take prompt action in response to process/quality problem detected by QA & customers which include providing temporary solution to contain the problem at earliest stage possible & permanent solution to minimize the risk to customers.
7. To work with related department on tooling design & fabrication requirements, DOE activities new product setup and process qualification.
8. To train, develop & motivate subordinates to achieve high level of performance which include discipline, safety, house keeping, attendance, productivity, quality of work.
9. To specify process control and new product, process & tooling qualification requirements with QA.
10. Develop CNC program for new product for existing or new customer within schedule.
11. Prepare cutter master list and check cutter availability at tool room.
12. Monitor and trouble shoot 1st test cut program until complete part quality buy off.
13. Register proven program in to system and master list.
14. Design and develop new jig and fixture for new product and process improvement.
15. Provide special/custom made cutter drawing to cutter maker.
16. Ability to setup CNC milling / turning machine when necessary.
17. To lead and supervise subordinates to ensure that the duties &assignments carried out meet or exceed the expectations.
18. Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by immediate superior / Department Head.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
