Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, in PERSOL APAC Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities to ensure work progress follows schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient site operations.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, nominated subcons (NSCs), and consultants to resolve site issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Oversee key construction processes such as concreting, structural, and architectural works to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports, inspection records, and material usage logs.
• Verify and manage inspection forms, RFI submissions, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure all site safety measures are implemented and adhered to in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Handle site logistics including material delivery, equipment allocation (e.g., machinery/Kong cards), and inventory control.
• Support project engineers and managers in progress reporting, coordination meetings, and issue resolutions.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Site Engineer.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of site supervision experience in building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and committed to safety and quality.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
