MST Facilities Sdn Bhd is looking for a Building Technician / Handyman to join our facilities maintenance team.
If you are hands-on, responsible and enjoy fixing things and keeping a building running smoothly, we would like to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine building, mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Attend to basic repair and maintenance works around the building.
- Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and general handyman works.
- Check and report any maintenance issues or defects.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and ensure facilities are kept in good condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests and carry out repairs when required.
- Work together with the facilities team and contractors when necessary.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical, electrical or building/facilities maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Able to troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs.
- Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attitude and a practical, hands-on approach.
