  • Certificate, Diploma, or Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in genset, M&E, power generation, or construction projects is preferred.
  • Good understanding of diesel generator systems and site installation practices.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage site workers and subcontractors effectively.
  • Responsible, hands-on, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
  • Safety-conscious with a strong focus on quality and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

CP System Integrator Sdn Bhd (Cool Power) is a provider of energy solutions. The company is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to support growing project and service operations by overseeing site activities, installations, testing and commissioning, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Engineer in coordinating day-to-day site activities and project execution.
  • Supervise technicians, workers, and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to project schedules and specifications.
  • Assign daily tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of site activities.
  • Coordinate installation works, including gensets, fuel systems, exhaust systems, ventilation systems, cabling, and control panels.
  • Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and report work progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Engineer.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements at site.
  • Assist in testing and commissioning activities, including pre-commissioning checks and system integration.
  • Maintain site records, daily reports, and installation documentation.
  • Support logistics arrangements, including transportation of engineers and project personnel when required.
