Scalp & Hair Treatments – Perform deep scalp cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and massage therapies to promote hair growth and relaxation.

Hair & Scalp Product Application – Apply specialized products such as serums, tonics, or herbal treatments based on clients' needs.

Client Education – Advise clients on proper scalp care, hair care routines, and lifestyle habits for maintaining healthy hair.

Sterilization & Hygiene – Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and spa areas to ensure a safe environment.

Sales & Product Recommendations – Promote and sell spa treatments, hair care products, and service packages to clients.

Team Coordination & Training – If in a senior role, guide and train junior therapists on techniques and service standards.

Customer Service & Retention – Build strong client relationships by providing excellent service and personalized treatment plans.
