Full Time Press Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,300 in INTERNATIONAL CERAMIC MANUFACTURING HUB SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

-Oversee and coordinate daily press operations to ensure smooth, efficient and safe production.

-Monitor press machine performance and ensure production targets, quality and standards are met.

-Adjust press parameters (pressure, speed, cycle time) to optimize product quality and productivity.

-Inspect and verify product quality.

-Plan and schedule equipment, moulds and manpower to meet production requirements.

-Supervise and guide press operators and technicians ; ensure adherence to SOP's and safety procedures.

-Perform routine inspection and coordinate preventive maintenance with maintenance team.

-Troubleshoot and resolve press-related issues to minimize downtime and defects.

-Maintain records of production output, downtime, defects and machine conditions.

-Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and reduce cost.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
