Full Time Planner cum Buyer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Eng Teknologi Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

• To work on production planning and capacity planning base on customer order & Forecast.
• Create PR & PO to purchase on Direct material and Packaging materials include IRA and forecast (with contract).
• To prepare production scheduling plan based on weekly and monthly outlook.
• To work on overtime planning with production and relevant department on the arrangement.
• To provide CO commit to PMO. Ensure achieve 100% OTD per commit. Follow up thru the process progress status.
• To provide customer order shipment commitment date to PMO within time line setting.
• To monitor Production Capacity Plan versus actual output to ensure achieve machine utilization was target set by management.
• To monitor and achieve the PMC KPI and work was assigned by HOD.
• Daily monitoring Inventory status especially IRA and VMI requirements.
• Drive on Inventory cycle count schedule by management.
• Monitor JO was released to production on the JO closed.
• To co-ordinate between PMO, Production, Costing, Engineering and Quality to meet the schedule requirements.
• Provide Subcon schedule, monitor the inventory and delivery performance to meet the customer CO date.
• Proactive, self- directed attitude towards work.
• Attend EHS induction training and competent on identifying hazards at workplaces to prevent work related incident
• Make contributions on improving EHS performance through participation on the EHS programs and activities
• To adhere with EHSMS procedures and safety instructions and aware of its implication when not comply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
