JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PROTÉGÉ candidate to join our Information Technology team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, and support the maintenance of IT systems, hardware, software and network infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, system and network-related issues.

2. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving computer, printer, internet, email and other IT-related problems.

3. Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.

4. Assist with user account creation, password resets and basic access management.

5. Monitor and maintain IT equipment, software and network connectivity.

6. Assist in managing IT assets, inventory and equipment records.

7. Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of IT hardware and systems.

8. Assist in software installation, updates and troubleshooting.

9. Support data backup and basic IT security practices.

10. Provide technical support during company meetings, events and other IT-related activities.

11. Assist the IT team with other duties and projects as assigned by the Management or HOD.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Candidate must possess in Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.

4. Able to work independently as well as in a team.

5. Responsible, proactive, willing to learn and able to follow instructions.

6. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED SKILLS

1. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.

2. Basic knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting.

3. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory or other IT systems will be an advantage.

4. Basic knowledge of IT asset management and cybersecurity practices.

WORKING HOURS:

- MON - FRI : 8.30am - 5.30pm

- SATURDAY WEEK 4 : 9.00am - 3.00pm

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
