Responsibilities
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Machinist to set up, operate and troubleshoot CNC/conventional machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and quality requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Milling/Turning and conventional machines
- Read technical drawings, blueprints and GD&T
- Perform machine setup, tooling, offsets and adjustments
- Conduct dimensional inspection using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure product quality
- Maintain safety, housekeeping and production standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of machining experience in manufacturing/precision engineering
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and machining parameters
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments (micrometer, vernier caliper, etc.)
- Experience with Fanuc/Mazak/Haas or similar systems is an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- CNC programming knowledge (preferred)
- Experience in high-precision machining and tight tolerances (preferred)
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
