Full Time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,200 in Wong Engineering Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in the manufacturing sector is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers on the confirm purchase order.
• Generating sales orders by using the system ( EPICOR) upon receiving purchase orders from customers.
• Review current finish good balance quantity and make a delivery arrangement with the warehouse if stock is available.
• notifying planner on the customer ordering to obtain target or planning date delivery if there are no balance stock or new production output required.
• Follow up with the planner on the committed delivery date.
• Notifying customers of the delivery status.
• Liaise with the warehouse for the delivery arrangement.
• Handling customers' complain for any related issues once complete the delivery date.
• Notifying respective department/section upon receiving customer complaints if any.
• Preparing reports on a weekly and monthly basis which includes consignment billing, report billing, FG report, inventory report forecaster report and maintaining Interco pricing.
• Attending meetings internal or external.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
• Follow the company's environmental policy and procedures and comply with any environmental-related legal or regulatory requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
