About the Role

This position provides comprehensive support services for security systems, ensuring client satisfaction through troubleshooting, product and technology proficiency, and continuous improvement. Strong client relations are a priority, delivered in line with company standards and policies for timely preventive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to resolve clients' security system issues in a timely manner
• Deliver comprehensive support and maintenance services, including routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, alterations, and systems training
• Create detailed system diagrams using AutoCAD
• Build strong client partnerships while continuously working to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage support and maintenance contract renewals
• Ensure service excellence by strictly adhering to company standards and policies for service requests within the designated region
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and address daily troubleshooting needs
• Follow up thoroughly on all open technical issues until fully resolved
• Assume ownership of service-related issues once external handover is completed by the project team

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the security systems field, with knowledge of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems considered a plus
• Basic IT knowledge covering hardware, networks, and databases
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong self-learning ability and capacity to work independently
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
