Full Time Safety Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in WR Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

• Coordinate and monitor workplace safety and health activities across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and local regulatory standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments at the workplace.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports with corrective actions.
• Monitor and ensure proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Organize and conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and safety training for employees and contractors.
• Maintain and update safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response drills such as fire drills and evacuation exercises.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to safety findings.
• Liaise with government authorities, external auditors, and contractors on safety-related matters.
• Monitor workplace housekeeping and ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Support implementation of ISO, HACCP, GMP, or other compliance standards where applicable.
• Promote safety awareness and continuously improve workplace safety culture.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or related field.
• Yellow Book holder registered with DOSH.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in safety coordination or related field.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and related regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to conduct safety training and prepare reports.
• Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
