The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient management of resources, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations: This involves directing and coordinating the activities of various departments, including nursing, medical staff, finance, human resources, and facilities management.
- Ensuring compliance: The manager must ensure that the hospital adheres to healthcare regulations and policies.
