Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers in a multi-domain environment.
Implement security best practices and ensure system reliability.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Manage Azure resources and services to support the organization's cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security. Configure policies for device compliance and application deployment.
- Administer and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix. Manage virtual machines, storage, and ensure high availability.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for servers, applications, and data.
- Regularly test and verify backups to ensure data integrity and quick recovery in case of failures.
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to support organizational requirements.
- Provide advanced technical support for escalated issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Description
* To conduct and maintain efficient and effective supply chain operation process (shipping, order management, planning).
* To coordinate and work with various department personnel to ensure supply chain operation meeting plan schedule.
* In charge for Order Book, Pro-forma Invoice, follow up estimate delivery date with planning personnel and revert to Sales personnel.
* To generate production dipping plan according to order received or order forecast.
* To liaise with relevant departments to ensure packaging, stock level, output, shipment being processed according to requirements.
* To arrange and ensure container and vessel booking according to committed delivery date and feedback to Sales personnel.
* To generate invoice, packing list for shipment, shipment documents, verify billing and custom documents before submit to relevant parties.
