Responsibilities

Content Production

• Produce 3 to 8 short videos weekly for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook using smartphone or entry-level camera setups.
• Edit videos with clear pacing, captions and mobile-friendly hooks that suit each platform.

Platform Growth

• Test creative hooks, monitor performance metrics like views and watch time, and iterate on concepts based on results.
• Optimize captions, thumbnails and posting schedules to increase reach and engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Turn product features, customer questions and campaign themes into short video concepts with the product and customer care teams.
• Maintain a simple content calendar and hand off assets for paid promotions when required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certificate in media, communication, film or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Portfolio or links to short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram or Facebook.
• Open to fresh graduates and creators, approximately 0 years of professional experience.
