The PEGAWAI PENILAI Internship is a full-time, on-site role based in Semenyih. Interns will assist in evaluating trainee performance, documenting assessment results, and supporting the certification of skills and competencies.

Daily tasks may include preparing assessment materials, observing practical training sessions, recording evaluation data, and helping ensure that evaluation procedures follow established standards. Interns will collaborate with trainers and administrative staff to coordinate assessment schedules and provide support to trainees during the evaluation process.

This role offers practical exposure to vocational education assessment, competency evaluation, and skills certification, particularly within the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) field.

• SKM Level 3 in a relevant technical field.
• DKM / DLKM in a relevant technical field is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in F*************-3:2020 – Pemasangan & Penyelenggaraan Satu Fasa Penyamanan Udara, Pengudaraan & Pemanasan (HVAC) is preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply basic principles of skills assessment, evaluation, and competency certification.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document and maintain assessment records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with trainees, trainers, and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple assessments and tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable using basic computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and data-entry systems for reporting and record-keeping.
• Interest in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), industrial training, or human resource development.
• Ability to work on-site in Semenyih and commit to full-time internship hours.
• Relevant diploma or degree in education, vocational training, human resources, or technical disciplines is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Internship allowance is provided.
