Full Time Quotation Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Chemlite Industries Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Review customer RFQs, drawings, specifications and quotation requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing and other departments to obtain required costing and technical information.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations to customers.
• Evaluate material, process, tooling, labour and other relevant costs for quotation preparation.
• Review quotation requirements and identify potential technical or commercial risks.
• Follow up on quotation status and respond to customer inquiries or quotation revisions.
• Maintain quotation records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support new product and project quotation activities.
• Monitor market and material cost changes to support competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• Experience in quotation, costing, manufacturing or engineering is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Authority

• Request relevant technical, costing and commercial information from internal departments for quotation preparation.
• Recommend quotation pricing based on available costing and project requirements.
• Clarify quotation requirements with customers and coordinate quotation revisions.
• Escalate quotation risks, discrepancies or pricing concerns to the relevant superior for approval.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
