Job Summary: The Commis II is an entry-level position in the kitchen, responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals under the supervision of senior chefs. This role involves supporting various kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistent quality.
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Participate in kitchen prep and assist with special events as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
