WHO WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?
We are looking for someone who is visible, approachable, organised and proactive.

You follow up.
You communicate.
You document.
You keep things organised.
You make sure things get done.
And when you encounter a serious employee, disciplinary, Industrial Relations or compliance issue, you understand when it needs to be escalated to Management or the Company's HR/IR Consultant.
