Full Time Senior Mould Designer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Golden City Plastic Johor - Maukerja

• Design and develop 3D CAD models, 2D component drawings, and mould assembly drawings for new mould development.
• Liaise with customers to understand technical requirements and translate concepts into practical mould design solutions.
• Prepare DFM proposals and conduct Mould Flow Analysis to optimize mould design and manufacturability.
• Ensure all design activities are completed accurately and efficiently within the agreed project timeline.
• Ensure new mould designs meet project requirements and technical specifications.
• Monitor mould fabrication progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams and customers on FMEA activities to identify and address potential design risks.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales & Marketing, Tooling, and Moulding Process teams throughout new mould development.
• Analyze existing mould problems and provide technical solutions or design modifications to improve mould performance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior mould designers and apprentices.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
