Job Description – Contract General Worker

Location: Johor, Malaysia

We are looking for physically fit and reliable General Workers to support day-to-day operations at our client’s Johor site. The role involves general duties, with warehouse-related responsibilities such as material handling, loading/unloading, picking, packing, and maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general duties as assigned by the site supervisor.
• Support loading and unloading of materials and goods.
• Handle, move, pick, pack, and arrange stock as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse/work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with manual material movement and other operational tasks.
• Work shifts, overtime, or rest days when required by business needs.
• For certified workers, operate forklifts when authorised.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work.
• Warehouse/material handling experience is an advantage.
• Valid Forklift Certificate is preferred for warehouse roles.
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to follow instructions.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and rest days when required.
• Able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
