Full Time Quality Assurance Executive (Feed) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,700 in JBFM Flour Mill Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Summary

• Responsible for Feed ISO 22000:2018 Certification updates and well maintained, ensure raw materials/ feed quality and safety in place, respond to customer complaint/feedback and ensure lab activities in place.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the periodic review and revision of FSMS documentation to ensure alignment with operational processes, regulatory requirements, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Review and analyse reports for both finished products and raw materials to ensure feed is manufactured with consistent quality and meets customer expectations.
• Maintain and monitor inventory of laboratory chemicals, and preventive maintenance (PM) requirements for testing instruments to ensure availability, proper usage, and uninterrupted laboratory operations.
• Perform any ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Education & Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Chemistry, Food Science and others related qualification
• Preferably with at least 2 years working experiences in food or feed industry

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

• Preferably experience in Quality Control or Quality Assu
• Basic knowledge on: -
• 1. GMP, HACCP, Internal Audit, PRP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000
• 2. Kursus Latihan Pengendali Makanan
• 3. Element of GMP, Personal Hygiene and Food Allergy
• Analytical and research skills
• Leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Teamwork
• Communication skills
