1. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates and candidates with one year of experience will also be considered.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks and able to interpret technical drawings.
• Able to prepare proposals for improvement or automation projects.
• Proficient in AI Tools and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with ISO 13485 medical device requirements, is an advantage.
• Experience using AI agents for work is an advantage.

2. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare QRF costing worksheets, including drawing reviews, material specifications, layout and yield calculations, process development, cycle time, and machine or tooling selection.
• Coordinate projects against approved schedules, report progress, and track objectives, costs, results, and KPIs.
• Support the sales team in addressing customer requirements and help develop solutions for new products.
• Assess the manufacturability of new parts and projects.
• Test and improve processes to reduce cycle time, cost, and material waste while increasing machine capability and throughput.
• Work with Quality Assurance to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
