Your Role:

As a Sales & Service Consultant, you'll:

·        Conduct membership consultations and introduce customers to our packages.

·        Execute front-of-house operations - serving as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact.

·        Deliver top-tier customer service that fosters trust and retention.

·        Identify member needs and suggest relevant services or class options.

·        Assist with administrative tasks like appointment setting and follow-up.

·        Collaborate seamlessly with other team members to hit sales targets and elevate member satisfaction.
