JOB SUMMARY

A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a driving institute. They ensure that the driving instructors, administrative staff, and students adhere to safety regulations and follow established curriculum guidelines. This role involves supervising staffs, coordinating schedules, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the day-to day operations of driving institute.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Overseeing and closely monitoring the timely renewal of branch regulatory permits and licenses, including SM1, SM2, and SM3.
• Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, such as those set by JPJ, Puspakom, and others.
• Cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with both existing and prospective clients, while exemplifying outstanding customer service and serving as a role model for fellow employees.
• Guaranteeing the timely renewal of Branch ISO Certifications and the meticulous implementation of the Quality Management System, aligning it with internal, customer, ISO 9001:2015, regulatory, and legal standards. Additionally, implementing similar star-rating requirements for branches.
• To prepare monthly rooster, manage the workflow, delegating task accordingly and ensure the team understand their job scope.
• To ensure all the team are comply and perform their duty within the company standard of procedure.
• To provide accurate reports and update the upper management.
• Assessing the work performance of the team and identifying areas that need improvement.
• Executing any other tasks as assigned.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT

i. Proven branch management experiences

ii. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices

iii. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

iv. Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations

v. Excellent organizational skills

vi. Results driven and customer focused

vii. Leadership and human resources management skills

viii. Strong leadership skills, problem solving, highly organized with time and team management

ix. An eagerness to grow the branch network

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
