Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm / 8.00am - 1.00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and enforce the site’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Plan in accordance with local regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA 1994, CIDB requirements, and other applicable Malaysian laws.
• Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits; issue non-compliance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely rectification.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Superior and management
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and project teams to promote and enforce safe work practices.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and training sessions for site workers and staff.
• Monitor the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure it meets site standards.
• Maintain records of incidents, near misses, inspections, training, and safety performance.
• Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Liaise with DOSH, CIDB, BOMBA, and local authorities on all safety-related matters, including inspections and audits.
• Prepare and submit statutory safety reports, including JKKP 8 and monthly SHE performance reports.
• Participate in risk assessments, HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control), and Safety Committee meetings

JOB REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION

• Malaysian citizen
• Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with JKKP/DOSH (Green Book Holder) – compulsory.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with JKKP/DOSH registration process, safety compliance and project safety management.
• Experience in preparing Safety & Health Plan (SHP) and safety documentation.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Experience in JKR / JPS and MRT projects will be an added advantage.
• Applicant must be willing to work in UTM, Johor Bahru.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
