Full Time Finance Officer - Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in UIS Technologies Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within reporting deadlines.
• Prepare monthly management reports and supporting schedules.
• Review and analyse balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciliation issues promptly.
• Manage customer invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable records.
• Monitor AR ageing and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all reconciling items are properly resolved.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and coordinate annual asset verification exercises.
• Review and prepare monthly Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) reports and ensure compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), account reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word & PPT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Detail-focused with strong compliance awareness.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
