INTERN ACCOUNT - FINANCE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 700 in Serapod Technology Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join our team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting, finance, and day-to-day financial operations while working closely with our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with checking and processing financial transactions.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets and financial summaries when required.
• Support the finance team with administrative and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with accounting software is an advantage.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
