Full Time Assistant Engineer (Manufacturing) - Ulu Tiram Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Persol Johor - Maukerja

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process improvement, and engineering activities in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily molding and/or assembly operations, including basic troubleshooting and process monitoring.
• Collect and analyze production data (e.g., defects, downtime, process parameters) to support continuous improvement.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), trials, and documentation.
• Maintain and update work instructions and controlled documents.
• Participate in lean manufacturing, 6S, Kaizen, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485, GMP, FDA QSR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production, Maintenance) to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Assist with reporting, audits, training, and engineering documentation.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (medical devices/injection molding/assembly).
• Familiarity with GMP, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and lean tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
