Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor Salary: From RM2,300/month (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Human Resource operations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain staff records and HR administration.
• Support payroll and leave administration (where applicable).
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from management as required.
• Ensure HR processes are organized and compliant.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an added advantage.
