Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in a management or supervisory capacity
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms and marketing automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Preferred: Experience with graphic design software, video production or marketing automation platforms
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional media
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing content and collateral
- Manage and optimise social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools
- Coordinate marketing events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Assist in the maintenance and update of marketing databases and customer relationship management systems
- Support the marketing manager in administrative tasks and day-to-day operations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and procedures
