Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection during the electronic production process.
• Inspect PCB/PCBA and electronic products according to work instructions and inspection standards.
• Perform visual inspection for soldering defects, missing components, wrong components, component damage, solder bridges, insufficient solder, and other defects.
• Conduct inspection at SMT, assembly, testing, and other applicable production processes.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections according to the inspection plan.
• Check component placement, polarity, labeling, workmanship, and product specifications.
• Use basic inspection tools such as microscope, magnifier, vernier caliper, multimeter, and other QC equipment when required.
• Record inspection results accurately.
• Identify, label, and segregate defective products.
• Report quality issues to the QC Leader/Supervisor and Production team.
• Follow up on rework and defective products.
• Ensure production follows approved work instructions and quality requirements.
• Follow ESD and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper control of the inspection area.

Requirements

• SPM / secondary school or equivalent.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing, SMT, PCBA, or production QC is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with relevant manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Able to identify basic electronic components is an advantage.
• Able to perform visual inspection and use basic inspection tools.
• Good eyesight and attention to detail.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
