Responsibilities

Campaign Design

• Plan and brief AI-enabled marketing concepts that align with product goals and regulatory needs in fintech.
• Define target audiences, messaging tests, and performance metrics for each campaign.
• Coordinate timelines and assets with product and compliance to ensure launch readiness.

Content Production

• Write short scripts and storyboards for digital video and explainers that simplify financial concepts.
• Create or oversee visual assets using creative design and computer-aided design tools for social and display channels.
• Edit and optimise video cuts for mobile-first viewing and platform-specific specs.

Measurement & Optimization

• Use analytics to track campaign performance and recommend iterative improvements each week.
• Run A/B tests on creative and messaging and document learnings for scaling successful plays.
• Work with paid media to align creative with bidding and budget strategies to improve ROAS.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or equivalent with 0 years of professional experience, ideally in marketing, media, or design.
• Portfolio or project samples showing script writing, digital video, or creative design work are required.
• Basic awareness of fintech products or consumer finance is preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Competence in script writing and storyboarding for short form video content.
• Hands-on experience with video editing, digital marketing tools, and basic computer-aided design software.
• Familiarity with social media ad platforms, campaign tracking, and basic analytics reporting.
• Comfort learning prompt techniques for generative AI to assist content ideation and production.
