We are currently representing our client, a global provider of supply chain and logistics solutions. The company focuses on warehouse operations, distribution, and advanced supply chain services to enhance business efficiency and overall performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations to meet established KPIs, service standards, and client SLAs.
• Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze operational P&L, establish internal controls, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Team Management & Development: Define roles, plan capacity, lead staff supervision, conduct performance evaluations, and foster employee development.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients and internal departments to maximize material flow, maintain strong relationships, and deliver superior service.
• Process Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, lean warehousing practices, and quality systems to maximize total productivity.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safe working environments, uphold company policies, and navigate customs and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in logistics operations management
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in warehouse management (WMS), distribution, inventory planning, transportation systems (TMS), and vendor negotiations/customs compliance.
• Proven transportation /logistics / supply chain management knowledge
• Superior customer relationship management skills
• In depth knowledge of international transportation, with regional emphasis/expertise
• Excellent negotiation experience with subcontractors, transporters, & vendors.
• Experience with customs and regulatory issues related to logistics
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and P&L management.

Extra Information:

• Working hours: Mon - Fri + OT (weekend)
• Location: Medini Iskandar Puteri, Johor
